Returns & Exchanges Policies

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of Lucky Kiss Couture, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, colors, and photos before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the sale is considered final.

Lucky Kiss pieces are made in limited quantities, and many designs involve delicate, specialty, or sparkly fabrics. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of the fabric and handmade production. These small differences are not considered defects.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, fit preferences, or changes of mind.

If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us **before placing your order** and we'll be happy to help.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production or processing has begun.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you received an incorrect item or your order arrived with a manufacturing defect, please email luckykisscouture@gmail.com within **48 hours of delivery** with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Each concern will be reviewed individually. Normal wear, damage caused after delivery, improper care, and natural variations in handmade pieces or specialty fabrics are not considered manufacturing defects.

Any remedy for a confirmed incorrect or defective item will be determined by Lucky Kiss Couture, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
